Yue Jiandong is now the general manager of Weihai Cuihong Fruit Co., Ltd., the director of Rongcheng Huafeng fruit professional cooperative, the deputy of Rongcheng people's Congress, the president of Rongcheng Apple Industry Association, and the rural star of Shandong Province.
Since 2010, 3000 mu of modern apple planting base has been developed. In 2015, Wang Yang, then Vice Premier of the State Council, and leaders of the Ministry of agriculture, provincial and municipal levels visited the production base of the company, and fully affirmed the development of modern apple industry in the park. In 2017, it took the lead in establishing Rongcheng agricultural fruit planting and poverty alleviation professional cooperative, which absorbed 78 poor people from 8 surrounding villages as cooperative members. Through the acquisition of agricultural products from poor villages and households, the recruitment of employment or seasonal workers from poor villages and households, the absorption of poor people into poverty alleviation professional cooperatives, and the sharing of dividends by members, the poverty-stricken people can get long-term poverty alleviation.
